Ugh……sorry?

looks like my two art pupils really are learning from me(dapat lang…sayang yung ilang taon na pag-tulong kina wayie, at isang taon na pagturo sa st. paul pasig)

SATURDAY

nina(she’s 11) surprised her family when she drew a copy of a max payne poster(graphing)…her mom was quite shocked as she was with us when i was still explaining how to draw the piece(she left to talk on the phone and later she comes back to see the work already done ;p)…oh yeah the poster looked really good, although i forgot to tell her to draw the graph lightly(we couldn’t completely erase the lines when she was done drawing ;p)…i’m now hoping that i’ve made a big impression on nina’s older brother(migui who’s 13) so that he’ll also want to take art lessons….hehehe

SUNDAY

rafa(he’s 6) made his first drawing of a face yesterday…it looked pretty promising…not what i expected after only 3 lessons filled with whinning…oh yeah, his stroke is actually far better than nina’s…..;p imagine what he’ll be able to draw in a year’s time…..:D

(feeling art teacher na talaga no…? ;p)

hmmmm…..saturday has always been the day when i’m at my most creative…this saturday is no exception…i’ll be having my usual 8:00 am art tutoring and afternoon choir rehearsals….how could i not get inspired from a day filled with art?…right?

this on the other hand…..hmmmm….been reading a lot of relatives and friends in need of some advice….maybe its one of them? hahaha…hanggang ngayon ba guidance counsilor pa rin ang role ko?!? ;p

i do hope that money meter thingie’s telling the truth…i’m almost broke…need money soon….uuuurrrgggghhhh…..;p

at last…i finally get this old heap of junk working…seems my computer really is nearing its end…it used to take me only a few minutes to get this thing working after long periods of inactivity, but after my recent overnight stay at a funeral wake(lolo manuel molina),…it now took me two days

i had to give-up several days of my comic strip coloring(Buhay Artista) because all of the computer rental shops near our house have no programs available for that sort of thing…i did however manage to create a script for the next artist(mic), so i would still be able to make some money if ever my pc decides to call it quits….

…so much for my plan to buy upgrades and re-assembling the old parts into a useable computer for my younger sister(tuts  ;p)…i guess dad really does have to buy you a new one….;p

just when i begin thinking that my singing career(should i even call it a career?)wasn’t going anywhere, something happens…mom tells me i’ll be singing at my friend’s wedding this coming october and that during last saturday’s party someone was actually impressed at my rendition of a popular sinatra song….i think they’re planning on including me in one of their gigs….yay!

I think the title pretty much says it all…..

…forgot my phone as i left the house for the edsa shrine…sang at mass(the rest of the choir kept saying we performed rather well today….;p)and finally got to buy a new set of pencils…i was also supposed to buy a new set of brushes, but the ones at the store were no good….

…went to my cousin’s house at better living as i was supposed to help him out with a project on watercoloring(something like that….don’t really know the details)…but as it turns out, no one was at home( i should have called in advance, but as i mentioned earlier, i forgot my phone at home….;p)

…went home as there was nothing more to do…passed by astrovision and got myself a copy of finding neverland(maybe i’ll watch it after i’m done with this blog)…fell asleep at 4:00pm after i had my merienda….then i woke up and itwas already 8:30pm….

finally…..after almost a week of being sick with fever,(six days to be exact ;p) i’m all better(except for the sniffles which comes with the weather ;p) there’s a small problem though…i think i infected my mom….she’s been down with fever since this afternoon….her’s is higher at 38.2….so i guess no going out to party just yet, have to take care of mom first ;p
